We met in a changing room at a gym, about a month after T-dog took office. We had the greatest, longest, and a most honest, thoughtful, and hilarious conversation about the trauma in our country and the difference in our responses. It wasn't lost on us, that even in the most trying and scary time, we could connect to new people, and make each other laugh. It was truly the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
